ABOUT US

CIM Trust (NGO) is dedicated to fostering a just, equal, and transformed society. It operates in the sectors of education, women's empowerment, environmental sustainability, and healthcare. We focus on supporting children from migrant families and other working-class communities by providing quality, child-centered after-school education and holistic development programs in Bengaluru.

Who We Are

CIM Trust was founded in Dec 2019 by a dedicated couple Dr. Rathna Kumar & Smt. Sharda who want to break the cycle of generational poverty in our society through education.

Due to an uncertain future and frequent dislocating, the struggles and hardships of children from migrant communities are great. They cannot participate in the decision making process in their family, rather simply follow their parents to new places with a hope for their survival and better living.

With constant efforts, the primary mission of this non-profit organization is to give migrant children opportunities and help them to attain their full potential through education and better job opportunities.

As an organization that began in a small rented house with five children, today its empowering hundreds of children in Bengaluru and elsewhere.

Reach 2000 Children by 2026.
Make 20,000 Seed Balls by 2026.
Start 4 Free Community Learning Centres (After school program) by 2026.
Create Awareness Among 2000 Vulnerable Women & Girls About Menstrual Hygiene.
School Health Program for 1500 Children.
Start 10 Free Learning Centres (After School Program) by 2026.
Award 100 Educational Scholarships.
Start a Community-Based School to Provide English Medium Education.
